Removing Body Hair: What Are The Methods and Reasons?

Body hairs? Who doesn't have it? I have, and although it is not truly that much, I find it necessary to remove them, particularly the ones in my underarms and eyebrows. I have shaved them before although it was very uncomfortable when the hair started to grow back. I've also attempted plucking them using tweezers though it was painful.
